I’m just a regular guy who works out at a regular gym (shoutout to Planet Fitness) and I rarely spend more than an hour there. I’d much rather use my time pursuing my passions—traveling and achieving fluency in Spanish. I also hate cooking, so I don’t create or recommend elaborate "macro-friendly" recipes.
